  • Shipping time: 10 - 20 Business Days (This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination).

B. Shipping Methods We partner with reliable international logistics carriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal services) to ensure your package arrives safely and discreetly. All packages are shipped in 100% plain, unmarked boxes to protect your privacy.

C. Shipping Fees & Tiers We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping for our customers in the US and Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: $48.88 USD (For orders under $79.99 USD)

  • Free Standard Shipping: FREE (For orders of $189.99 USD and over)

D. ⚠️ Important Note: Remote Areas & Non-Serviceable Zones Please note that our standard shipping rates and "Free Shipping" offers DO NOT apply to remote areas or specific offshore territories.

  • For the US: This includes, but is not limited to, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

  • For Europe: This includes remote islands and overseas territories. Due to exorbitant carrier fees to these regions, orders placed with shipping addresses in remote areas may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you via email before fulfilling your order to confirm the additional costs. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if shipping to a specific remote location is unavailable.
