Delivery estimates
Order processing takes 3–7 business days. Shipping typically takes a further 10–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance, carrier delays and local holidays can affect delivery.
Packaging and tracking
Orders are shipped in plain packaging. Carrier and customs labels include the information required for delivery and import clearance. After dispatch, we email your tracking number and tracking link.
Economy shipping rates
All amounts below are in US dollars. The order amount used to determine shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout. Rates apply only to eligible addresses accepted by checkout.

For United States orders, Economy shipping is free above $88.88 ($88.89 or more). UPS Express is free on orders above $126.67 ($126.68 or more); below this amount, the UPS Express fees listed below apply.

Large or heavy orders to the United States
For bulky or multi-item orders that may exceed 1 kg chargeable parcel weight, please contact info@loverkissy.com before ordering to confirm the available service and shipping quotation. Chargeable weight can depend on parcel dimensions as well as actual weight. Review the delivery options and final charges shown at checkout before paying.
Address availability and order questions
Check your delivery address and all shipping charges before paying. If no delivery option appears for your address, contact info@loverkissy.com before placing an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled to the selected address, we will contact you to arrange cancellation and a refund. We do not add an unagreed shipping surcharge after checkout.
